Joyce Ladley, 85, of Bluford, Illinois passed away at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at White Oak Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Joyce was born on July 9, 1928 in Carmi, Illinois the daughter of the late Roy A. and Verla M. (Hickling) Raglin.  She married Thomas H. “Joe” Ladley on June 28, 1947 in Carmi, Illinois. Surviving family members include her husband: Joe Ladley of Bluford, Illinois; mother to 6 children: Michael Ladley, Joy Ladley Price and husband Parvin, Jo Lynn Bell, Mark Ladley, June Ladley and Jim Ladley; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren also survive. Her parents, one son: Michael Ladley and one daughter: June Ladley preceded her in death.    Joyce was a secretary for Webber Township High School and was a member of First Church of God in Bluford, Illinois.   FUNERAL SERVICES: will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at First Church of God in Bluford, Illinois. Reverend Eddie Hale will officiate. VISITATION: will be held from 5 to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. INTERMENT: Committal Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Kuykendall Cemetery in Carmi, Illinois.
