Carlita R. Ragan, 82, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 4:30 P.M. on Monday, July 15, 2013 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.  Carlita was born on December 1, 1930 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois the daughter of the late William Everett and Letha Jane (Webb) Graham.  She married Bill V. Ragan on April 5, 1947 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois and he preceded her in death on December 30, 1991. Her parents, husband, one sister: Mary Lee Reed, three brothers: William Everett Graham, Jr., Max Ray Graham, Robert Elwood Graham and two infant brothers preceded her in death. Carlita was a cosmetologist at The Style Shop in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, was a member of Old Union Missionary Baptist Church, she had a soft spot in her heart for children, her grandson, Aidan was the "Apple of Her Eye". She loved bowling, was very willingly devoted to her family and her church family and she greatly enjoyed her many clients over the years.    Carlita was a cosmetologist at The Style Shop in Mt.
