I need help with this Jesse Moore family. From this marriage in HCI below and the 1850 census below, it would appear that Jesse was previously married as son James M. was born before this marriage. Anyone know who the first wife was? All the children were born in IL so the first marriage may have also taken place in IL. Sarah was about 38 when she married Jesse so surely she also had a previous marriage. Note she is 4 years older than Jesse.
