Mr. Christian is survived by his wife, Evelyn; five daughters, Mrs. Esther Sargent, Mrs. Myrna Sawyers and Mrs. Donna Ruble, all of St. Louis, Mo., Mrs. Diane Morrison, Piano, and Mrs. Joan Stroud, Hazelwood, Mo.; two sons, William and Richard Christian, both of Hazelwood, Mo.; four brothers, Paul Christian, Arlington, Va., Ralph Christi! an, Decatur, Ga., and George and J. V. Christian, both of Greenville, S.C.; 21 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
