Norma N. Johnson, 100, of Manteno, passed away Friday (Sept. 12, 2014) at Presence St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee.She was born March 30, 1914, in Ina, the daughter of Lee and Stella Legan (LEGION) Rice. She married Guy Johnson. Surviving are a daughter, Karen Howdeshell, of Kankakee; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two daughters, Ruth Ann Johnson and Donna Sue Mester; one son, Glenn Edward Johnson; grandson, Guy Smith; great-granddaughter, Misty Fritz; and all of her brothers and sisters. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Macedonia Cemetery in Macedonia.
