The Mt. Vernon Register-News, Monday, August 21, 1972 Molly Butz Mt. Vernon Molly Charlotte Butz. 94, of 811 Williams St,, died at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Hickory Grove Manor. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Myers Chapel with Rev. Everett Lemay officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 5 p.m. Monday. Mrs. Butz was born August 28, 1877 in Wayne county, the daughter of James R. and Louiesa (Duncan) Miller, She was married to George Butz, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist church. She is survived by a son, George Butz of Huntsville, Ala.; two daughters. Mrs. Cecile White of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Lula A. Barnes, Collinsville; a sister, Mrs. Gertrude May Henn of O'Fallon; 10 grandchildren 35 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
