    3. Edna L. Hall, age 99, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at her daughter's home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Edna was a homemaker, she attended Summersville Baptist Church and was a loving mother and a loving nanny to all her grandchildren. Funeral Service for Edna Hall will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Summersville Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Reverend Don Verhines presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, September 12, 2014 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. 9 A.M. until Service Time 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Summersville Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Interment at Sursa Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois. For those who wish, memorials may be given to the Summersville Baptist Church and to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home or mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 721, Mount Vernon, Illinois 62864. Edna Hall is survived by 2 sons - Harold L. Hall of Fort Worth, Texas, Jerry W. Hall and wife Kathy of Rotonda West, Florida; 3 daughters - Pat Levall and husband Gary of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Peggy Morgan and husband Doug of Tucson, Arizona, Arlene Austin of Mount Vernon, Illinois; 2 brothers - George Jay and wife Harriett of Pana, Illinois, Richard Jay and wife Bonita of Jackson, Tennessee; sister-in-law - Rossie Flanagan of Mount Vernon, Illinois; Ten Grandchildren, Twenty-Six Great Grandchildren, Six Great-Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. Edna Hall was born March 23, 1915 in Steeleville, Illinois to Charles F. and Bertha Jay. She married Harlold J. Hall and he preceded her in death on April 16, 1982. Her parents, her husband, one son: Jimmie Ray Hall, one daughter-in-law: Lynda Hall, two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
