Vernon Register-News, Monday, June 17, 1968 Gladys Kindel Of Indiana Dies Funeral Here Mrs. Gladys Kindel of 419 east Gum street, Evansville, Ind., died at 4:45 a. m. at Good Samaritan Hospital at the age of 46 years, six months, and 29 days. She had been a patient there for 60 days. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Thursday at Corinthian Baptist church, of which she was a member, with the Rev. Raymond Nash officiating, assisted by Rev. A. L. Dawson. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. The body will lie in state at Corinthian Baptist church where friends may call between 7:00 and 9:00 p. m. Wednesday. She is survived by her husband John M. Kindel of Evansville, Ind., a sister, Mrs. Livera Johnson of Mt. Vernon; eight nieces and two nephews. Her parents and three brothers preceded her in death.
