Joey Ray Neal, 49, of Johnston City, Illinois passed away at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Joey was born on Sunday, March 7, 1965 in Harrisburg, Illinois the son of Donald E. and Carolyn Sue (Overbey) Neal. He married Gloria Jean Winder on August 22, 1999 in Orangeville, Utah.
