Ava Madison Picard was born at 9:47 p.m. Oct. 18, 2010, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long. Ava is the daughter of Sheena Marie Diel and Jeffrey Nicholas Picard of Mt. Vernon. She is welcomed home by a sister, Alyssa. Maternal grandparents are Rhonda Garner and Earl Felton of Centralia. Paternal grandparents are Jeff and Nancey Picard of Irvington.
