Emma is the daughter of Lindsay Michelle Willis and Douglas Allen McGovern of Mt. Vernon. Maternal grandparents are Tom and Gena Willis of Sun Prairie, Wis. Paternal grandparents are Rob and Lisa McGovern and Lisa D. McGovern all of Mt. Vernon.
