Vernon. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long. Kennedy is the daughter of Shannon Maria Wise and Troy Wise III of Ewing. She is welcomed home by two siblings, Morgan Montgomery and Olivia Montgomery. Maternal grandparents are Bill and Sally Schmidt of Benton. Paternal grandparents are Troy and Linda Wise of Ottawa.
