Phillip D. Nabros, 28, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:10 P.M. on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He was born on Wednesday, August 4, 1982 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois the son of Morris and Sally (Tannahill) Nabors. Surviving family members include his mother: Sally Nabors and friend Ron Waller of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; 3 brothers: Eric Nabors and special friend April Robinson of Bonnie, Illinois, Ralph Nabors and fiancee Shari Stipanovich of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Wayne Nabors and wife Misty of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; sister: Lynn Hayes and husband Don of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; grandmother: Helen Stewart and friend Jim Taylor of Fairfield, Illinois; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Her father, one brother: Brian Keith Nabors and his grandparents: Sammy Stewart, Harley Vardaman and Marjorie Nabors preceded him in death. Phillip was a cook at Triple E Barbeque in Mt. Vernon and was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Mt Vernon, Illinois VISITATION: will be held from 5 to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
