Neal Arihana Leigh Neal was born at 5:54 p.m. Nov. 4, 2010, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. She weighed 4 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 inches long. Arihana is the daughter of Whittney Leigh Neal of Mt. Vernon. She is welcomed home by two siblings, Julian B. Neal and Serenity A. Neal. Maternal grandparent is Gaila Stansell.
