Womack, father of George Milton Womack b 1871 d 1954 All I have found is his Marriage record in July 1863 His wife remarried prior to 1878/1880 In 1880 the census of two of his children give his place of birth as TN ( The most credible at least IMHO) in 1900 his daughter gives his birthplace as IL she dies before 1910 1920, 1930 George b 1871 his son give his father's birthplace as US In 1880 Sherman shows his father's birthplace as IL 1900 Sherman his son give his father's place of birth as OH dies before 1909 Cook Co, IL Do the marriage records of his children in FCI give any information on their father?
