Libby Estelle Williams was born at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 10, 2010, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Libby is the daughter of Beth and Wesley Williams of Woodlawn. She is welcomed home by a brother, Zach Ashby, and a sister, Macy Williams. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Marlyn Payne of Mt. Vernon. Paternal grandparents are Pam and Mark Flota of Mt. Vernon and Dale Williams
