Williams Libby Estelle Williams was born at 3:10 a.m. Oct. 10, 2010, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Libby is the daughter of Beth and Wesley Williams of Woodlawn. She is welcomed home by a brother, Zach Ashby, and a sister, Macy Williams. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Marlyn Payne of Mt. Vernon. Paternal grandparents are Pam and Mark Flota of Mt. Vernon and Dale Williams of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.
