Mary Lou Rightnowar, 87, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 8:15 A.M. on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Mt. Vernon Health Care Center in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Mrs. Rightnowar was born on Tuesday, August 7, 1923 in Ina, Illinois the son of the late Charles W. and Dorothy Mae (Piper) Jordan. She married Henry Edsel Rightnowar in Morganfield, Kentucky in 1944 and he preceded her in death on July 16, 1988. Surviving family members include her daughter: Angela Rightnowar of St. Louis, Missouri; 2 granddaughters: Kelsey and Hayley Rightnowar of St. Louis, Missouri; sister: Ruth Ella Shaw of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; sister-in-law: Neva Adams of Bonnie, Illinois; several nieces and nephews also survive. Her parents and her husband preceded her in death. Mary Lou was a financial secretary and bookkeeper and a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon, Illinois GRAVESIDE SERVICES: will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Kirk Cemetery in Ina, Illinois. Mr. J. Howard Kraps will officiate. INTERMENT: Kirk Cemetery in Ina, Illinois. There will be no public visitation held. For those who wish, memorials may be given to Wesley United Methodist Church in Mt.
