Vernon, IL Register News - Saturday, 07 Aug 1937 AGED RESIDENT OF WALTONVILLE TO BE BURIED SUNDAY "Uncle" John BRADEN, an old and highly respected resident of Waltonville, died last night at 8 o'clock at the family home in that place. He was more than 80 years old. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Waltonville M. E. Church, conducted by the Rev. Mr. WEISS, and burial will follow in Knob Prairie Cemetery. The body is to be taken from the Fry Funeral Home at 2 o'clock this afternoon to the family home where it will remain until time to go to the church for funeral services tomorrow. Mr. BRADEN is survived by his widow and three sons and four daughters as follows: James, Waltonville; Levi, Mt. Vernon; and Harrison, Sesser; and Mrs. Mildred LEE and Mrs. Gertie LEE, both of Perry County; and Mrs. Annabelle FAIRCHILD, Waltonville; and Mrs. Alice PUGH, of Dix.
