Jeffrey L. Moore, 53, of Haines City, Fla., died Feb. 12, 2011, at Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center. He was born on Dec. 9, 1957, in Mt. Vernon, to Ralph and Patricia Smith and moved to Haines City, Fla., in 1984, from there. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, Fla., with the pastor Ed Barley officiating.
