Joanne Garner of Wayne City passed away at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011. Funeral services for Mrs. Garner will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wayne City Baptist Church with the Revs. Ron Trotter and Mike Steed officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Wayne City Baptist Church. For those who wish, memorials may be made to Wayne City Baptist Church.
