MT. VERNON - Leanna Sue Hufford, 41, of Wayne City, passed away at 8:25 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She was a sales clerk and a member of Wayne City Christian Church. She graduated from Wayne City High School in 1987. She was born on Aug. 18, 1969, in Fairfield, to Lavern Medder and Sue Taylor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Archie Sanders Chapel in Wayne City with the Rev. Rob Greenwalt officiating. Interment will follow at Thomason Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City. Leanna is survived by her parents, Lavern Medder and wife Robyn of Ninneka and Sue Musgrave and husband Clifford of Wayne City; two sons, Joshua Hufford of Mt. Vernon and Zachery Hufford of Wayne City; a daughter, Amanda Hufford of Wayne City; a granddaughter, Kykynne Hufford; four brothers, Tony Medder and wife Johnna of Cisne, David Medder and wife Sherry of Miami, Fla., C.A. Musgrave of Wayne City and Jermiah Metter of Minook; three sisters, Linda Legg and husband John of Fairfield, Lindesy Bullard and husband Bobby of Fairfield and Zurl Medder of Minook; and two stepsisters, Jennifer Musgrave and husband Kevin of Fairfield and Heather Smith and husband Kevin of Bluford.
