ROBERT DEAN "BOB" HILTBIDAL, 68, of Bluford, Illinois passed away at 9:30 A.M. Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Benton Health Care Center in Benton, Illinois. He was born on Wednesday, May 13, 1942 in Centralia, Illinois, a son to Eula (Outland) Hiltibidal and the late Peter Hiltbidal. He married Sharon White on August 7, 1965 in Bluford, Illinois and she survives along with Son: Robert Morgan Hiltibidal and wife Nancy of Lees Summit, Missouri, his Mother: Eula Hiltibidal Foshee of Mount Vernon, Illinois, his Paternal Aunts: Claudine Utz of Rockford, Illinois and Clairine Miller of Centralia, Illinois; Maternal Aunts: Clara Donoho of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Omal Whalen of Galesburg, Illinois and his Sister: Delores Findley of Fayetteville, Georgia. Several Nieces and Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews and Special Friends: Ron Grider, Ralph and Ann Garner, Gary and Anita Lytle, and Leuty Chambliss also Survive. His father, Peter Hiltibidal, and his stepfather, James Richard Foshee preceded him in death. Robert was district manager for the Springfield and Rockford, Illinois newspapers. He was an auditor for the State of Illinois until retirement in 2001. He was a member of the Bluford Ruritans, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He loved travel, growing tomatoes, his favorite TV programs, his neighbors, his home, and his family. VISITATION will be from 5 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. GRAVESIDE SERVICE will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois, with Chaplain Ernie Collins officiating. INTERMENT will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. MEMORIALS may be given to the Oakdale Cemetery Association or to Bluford Ruritan Club and will be accepted at the funeral home or mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O.
