Todd A. Sandy, 35, of Bluford, passed away at 3:29 P.M., Friday, April 1, at his home. Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, April 5, at Opdyke Cemetery in Opdyke with Reverend Raymond Capps officiating. Burial will follow at Opdyke Cemetery in Opdyke. Friends of the Todd A. Sandy Family may call from 5 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, April 4, at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.
