MT. VERNON - Lillian Mae "Lillie" Harrington, 60, of Mt. Vernon, passed away at 6:22 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2011, at White Oak Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born Monday, Aug. 28, 1950, in Hamilton County, a daughter of Charles Edward and Marjorie Irene (Roy) Miller. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at South Hickory Hill Cemetery in Jefferson County with Bro. Robert Schlag officiating. Interment will follow. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Ms. Harrington is survived by two sons, Jeff Miller and Irish Allison of Mt. Vernon and Timothy Wilt of Texico; a daughter, April Wilt and Jack Heinrich of Texico; seven grandsons, Alex and Dalton Miller, Andrew and Ashton Gill, Cole Heinrich, Timothy Lee Wilt Jr. and Aaron Wilt; a brother, Paul Miller of Mt. Vernon; and three sisters, Linda Louise Butler and husband Herbert of Dahlgren, Elizabeth Shewmake of Mt. Vernon and Lisa Jean Miller of Benton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents. "Lillie" was a waitress at Mt. Vernon area restaurants and was of the Baptist faith.
