Randy and Lisa Lynn of Belle Rive are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter Heather Lynn to Kyle Smith. The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Mt. Vernon Township High School. She received her cosmetology license from Trend Beauty College in DuQuoin in 2005. She is employed at Cut- N-Dry hair salon in Mt. Vernon. The groom-to-be is Kyle Smith, son of Ken and Valorie Smith of Hoffman. Kyle is a 2003 graduate from Carlyle High School. He is employed by IBEW Local 702. A May 14th wedding is being planned at Rend Lake Resort in Whittington.
