Mt.Vernon, Ill. - Russell Norris, 98, died March 27, 2011 at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor. He is survived by two sons, Jim and Wendell Norris; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; one great great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Aline Hester. Graveside Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Knob Prairie Cemetery in Waltonville. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Newell Funeral Home in Waltonville.
