Donna F. Jones, 69, of Wayne City, died at 5:24 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 20, 1942, in Evansville, Ind., to Harlan and Beulah (Bozarth) Faulkner. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Archie L. Sanders Chapel with the Rev. Bill Miller presiding. Burial was at Thomason Cemetery. Donna F. Jones graduated in 1960 from Wayne City High School as valedictorian of her class. She worked at Wayne City Bank, Northtown Bank in Decatur and Peoples National Bank in Fairfield until retiring in 2006. Donna is survived by a son, Robert M. Jones Jr., and wife Debbie of Sugar Hill, Ga.; a daughter, Pamela F. Crane and husband Mitch of Sims; five granddaughters, Elizabeth Cone and husband James of Sims, Jessica Elliott and husband Nicholas of Sims, Meghan Jones of West Lafayette, Ind., Jaime Howard of Sims and Kayla Jones of Arlington Heights; and six great-grandchildren, Keea, Keenan, Summer, Kyia, Sydney and Kail, all of Sims; and one sister, Carrene Bailey of Wayne City. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers. Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City is in charge of arrangements
