Fern Savage 93-year-old McLeansboro resident, Fern Savage died at 9:25 p.m. Monday, June 27 at McLeansboro Health Care & Rehabilitation Center in McLeansboro. Fern loved to quilt and make rugs.Survivors include a sister, Faye Poore of McLeansboro and a caregiver, Lovella Craddock of McLeansboro. Services for Fern Savage will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 29 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with burial in New Hope East (Old Springer) Cemetery at Blairsville, IL. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday, June 29 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the "All School Reunion" and will be accepted at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
