Rachel Duncan, 90, formerly of Dahlgren and late of Mt. Vernon, passed away at 12:40 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2011, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Funeral arrangements are pending at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
