Ora Faye Pasley, 85, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 9:30 A.M. on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Mt. Vernon Health Care in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Surviving family members include her son: David Pasley and wife LoLeta of Mt. Vernon, Illinois; daughter: Teresa Kaiser of St. Petersburg, Florida; 3 grandchildren: Amber Farmer and husband Duke of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Darl Pasley and wife Jennifer of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Thomas Pifer, III and wife Rachel of St. Petersburg, Florida; 5 great grandchildren: A.J. and KaLyn Farmer of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Mikayla Mays of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Javin Pasley of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Thomas Pifer, IV of St. Petersburg, Florida; 2 nieces also survive. Her parents, three brothers: Howard, Harold and Oscar Rainey, her twin sister: Lora Mae Harvill, sister: Alice Beaty and two infant sisters prececed her in death. Faye was born on Thursday, December 24, 1925 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois the daughter of the late Clarence Rainey and Myrtle (Bradford) Rainey until the service time 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
