MOUNT VERNON -- Pennellopie "Penny" J. Brasher, 68, died at 5:55 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, in Nature Trail Nursing Home. Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Christian Fellowship Church in Mount Vernon with Minister Scott Mattingly officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the church.
