Tenko Pruett, 55, of Woodlawn, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born in Hokoto-machi, Japan, on May 5, 1955. She is survived by her husband, Scott Pruett, and their three chidlren, Kayoko, Kimiko and Ken. Tenko was a loyal friend to many people and she will be greatly missed. A memorial service is planned for her at the First Baptist Church of Woodlawn at 7 p.m. Monday. All who knew her are encouraged to attend the service.
