    3. CENTRALIA -- Brockton Stephen Bisching, 18, of O'Fallon, formerly of Centralia, died Saturday morning, Jan. 1, 2011, as a result of an automobile accident. Brockton was born June 13, 1992, in Carbondale, the son of Randa (Rightnowar) Allen and Tery Bisching. He is survived by his parents, Randa and Greg Allen of O'Fallon, and Tery Bisching and fiancée Kara Lazdinis of Carterville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Joe and Mary Ellen West, Don and Jackie Rightnowar and Lloyd and Sherill Allen, all of Centralia, and Carol Bisching of Creal Springs; great-grandmother, Wanda Border of Mount Vernon; two brothers, Nickolas and Hudson Bisching, and two stepbrothers, Kestutis and Markas Lazdinis, all of Carterville; one stepsister, Lexi Basden of Centralia; aunts and uncles, Kelli (Rightnowar) and Joe Jackson of Salem, Neal and Jen West of Jacksonville, Fla., Dale West and special friend Lark Stone of Chicago, Rob and Cindy Bisching of Carterville, Al Bisching of Georgia and Richard and Cheryl Hodson of Caseyville; cousins, Cole Rightnowar of Salem, Ben West of Jacksonville, Fla., Olivia and Isabella Hodson of Caseyville, Brice Bisching of Carterville and Aaron Craig of St. Louis; and great-aunts and uncles, Will and Marilyn Border of Mount Vernon and Jim West of Carbondale. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Bisching; great-grandfather, Lawrence Border; great-grandmother, Berniece Scott; great-aunt, Lori West; and uncle, Dan Rightnowar. Brockton was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia, a 2006 graduate of Trinity Lutheran School and a 2010 graduate of Breese Mater Dei High School. He had just completed his first semester of studies at Kaskaskia College, where he played on the KC men's soccer team. Brock was a friend to many and was loved and adored by his family. While attending Trinity Lutheran School, he was an athlete and enjoyed paintball, hunting and the outdoors. In high school, Brock was an all-star athlete, lettering in soccer, football and track. His first love was playing for the Mater Dei soccer team and served as captain during his senior year. Other highlights of Brock's senior year included kicking the winning field goal for the Mater Dei Football Knights in the final seconds of a tied game against Freeburg and breaking a school track record in the 200 meter. Brock made everyone laugh. He was tender-hearted, loyal and absolutely loved sports, competition and being a team player. In lieu of flowers, the family strongly requests that donations be given in honor and celebration of Brock's life to the Mater Dei Soccer Program in Breese or Trinity Lutheran Grade School in Centralia. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, in Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia, with Pastors Mark Girardin and Perry Schefelker officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at the church. Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia is in charge of arrangements.
