I have a question for anyone researching the Campbell family. Anyone happen to have a child, Catherine Campbell b 8 Oct 1822 TN in their records? My 3rd great grandmother Catherine Campbell married John Laird 12 Jan 1842 JCI but I don't know who her parents are. 1840 census for JCI shows only one Campbell and his name is hard to read. Looks like Deyal Campbell and he does have two daughters that look to be the correct age. 1 white male age 50-59 1 white female age 50-59 2 white females age 15-19 By 1850 census, there is no one in JCI with a name that looks anything like that.
