His obituary indicated that his mother was Hannah MILBURN. I located her death record in Wayne County, IL which indicated that she was born in Tennessee a daughter of Montgomery MILBURN and Mary ALLEN. I searched census records and found them in Casner Township, Jefferson County, IL in 1860 and 1870. From these two records I determined that they were both born in Tennessee and they had at least five children: Charles, David, Hannah J., William H. and Harriet E. By the 1880 census, Montgomery was residing in Casner Township with his son, William's family. No mention of his wife, Mary. I have not located graves for either of them. If anybody out there in genealogy land has any information or a tie to this family, please reply. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Also the 1900 census is shown as born ca. 1847. The tombstone information and Newspaper Obit. has her born in 1860? Are there two different William H.
