He worked in construction, having been a house mover for Eby Movers. Survivors include his wife, Thelma of Mt. Vernon; two sons, Gene Ray Glenn of Seattle, WA and Roger Franklin Glenn of South Beloit, IL; two daughters, Sandra Sue Wilson of Rockford, IL and Sheila Mae Belt of Rockford, IL; 7 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Glenn of Rockford; a son-in-law, Lyman Wilson of Rockford and several nieces and nephews.     2. Robert Ray “Bobby” Lane, 71, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 1:44 P.M. on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at his home in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Bobby was born on Tuesday, September 2, 1941 in Waltonville, Illinois the son of the late Virgil and Lela G. (Green) Lane.  He married Ann Hartwig in 1962 in Chicago, Illinois and she preceded him in death in March 1990. Surviving family members include his daughter: Anita Gorsuch of Kenosha, Wisconsin; son: Brian Lane of Round Lake, Illinois; grandchildren: Donald Springer of Salem, Wisconsin, James Kubisiak of Hales Corner, Wisconsin and Wayne Husko of Lindenhurst, Illinois; several cousins also survive including Harry Green of Waltonville, Illinois, Harriet Rathe of Waltonville, Illinois and Connie Pritchard of Mt. Vernon, Illinois. His parents, a stepsister: Kathryn Rainey, an infant brother, seven uncles and two aunts preceded him in death.    Bobby was a machinist for Illinois Tool Works. He was a multi-instrumentalist very active in the Chicago music scene and made many friends including Minnie Pearl, Salty Holmes and many more. Jerry was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 19, 1948 the son of Melvin T. "Bill" Farmer and Ruth (Robling). He married Cindy (Ford) on August 29, 1969 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and she survives in Mt. Vernon. Mr. Farmer served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Joyce had a deep love of gospel music and was a talented pianist.
