I am researching a HILL family with several connections to Jackson Co. Illinois. First I have Enoch HILL b.1817, who was living in Jackson Co. in 1880. I would like to learn if he is buried in Jackson Co. and where. Next I have Anselm BATSON b. 1849 and his wife Ruth HILL BATSON b. 1849. Anita, I checked all of the cemetery books I have for Jackson County, IL (I have all that were printed by the Jackson County Historical Society), and could not find your Enoch Hill listed in any of them.
