The death record I was given is the record of Louisa Crain wife of Samuel Crain and later Ashby Crain, died Feb 9, 1915 in Perry and was buried at Creekpaum Cemetery (I do have picture of headstone) Imformant was Emory Crain, her son by Samuel.
