    3. Pat, I use literally dozens of sources in my research. I am researching all of the pioneer families of Jackson County, IL. My primary source are census, birth, marriage, death, and cemetery records, but I also use old newspaper stories and many people have sent me information from family Bibles and other records. Most of the time, I post all that I know about an individual (sometimes, the information I have is too sensitive to be posted on the web). For many of the people in my file, all that I have on them is a birth, marriage and death date. I am doing the best I can . . .
