Catherine Rosetta DODGE (before 1840) d. 10 Dec 1864 in Illinois " He was named for Benjamin Rush, physician and signer of the Declaration of Independence, who was the family doctor at Philadelphia of Mr. Neal's grand-father. The famous doctor signed the birth certificate of Mr. Neal's father." [taken from Obituary of his son, B. R.
