This is a kind of an off the wall question but here goes. Going back to Charles F. Stout. Years ago I use to hunt on the property of Russell Stout. His farm was up the road near Wayside in Jackson County. Is, or should I say, was he related to Charles? Rus passed away several years ago. Any one know the lineage? Could it be the same?
