O.K., before all the lookup requests start coming in, everyone needs to go to the Henry County website, click on "Lookup Volunteers" and see what is listed there! I volunteered for the one and only marriage index book that I own, and it covers Jan. 1902 - May 1915. There are a number of other volumes available with no lookup volunteers. But, all those books may be purchased from the Henry County Genealogical Society. I have, over the years, purchased many, many of their publications, especially the cemetery records, and I think we all need to continue to support them by purchasing these books. Even if you only have one or two names in them right now, I can almost guarantee that sometime in the future you will need to look for another name! I am willing to continue to do lookups under the guidelines established by our webmaster - she has done a great job of listing these on the Lookup Volunteers page. Mimi Stang
