There was a Union Democrat from 7/4/1863-11/24/1864. It was a weekly Democratic paper. I believe it was a Kewanee newspaper as it was publised by C. Bassett, who also publised the Kewanee Advertiser. There is no mention of the Press Democrat in the 1885 Portrait & Biographical Album of Henry Co. This is the closest I could find.
