I obtained a complete copy of my Grandfather's will and estate settlement I think from Clerk of Court at Henry County courthouse in Cambridge. I should warn you though that the charge is by the page and there are many. If doing this again I would ask for copy of will only. To find date of death, you would also need a copy of one of the first documents filed in the estate. I just looked through my file and found no document which gives the exact death date. However, nearly all were dated within one month of actual date of death.
