You might want to check the microfilm for 1870...where Isaac Ruggles appears as head of household, age 48 born Massachusettes. Henry Co, Geneseo page 478 The index only gives his info...no more. I also checked the1860 and 1850 indexes....and find a possibility for your guy, Isaac 1860 Isaac D. Ruggles, Scott Co, Davenport IA page 389 1850 Isaac D. Ruggles, Worcester Co, Westborough MASS page 378 There is another Isaac Ruggles,,,or possible two of them who appear in opposite censusus which I have included below...but I believe the Isaac D. Ruggles was your guy. Isaac Ruggles 1850 Oakland Co, Pontiac MI page 192 Isaac M. Ruggles Worcester Co, Upton MA page 875 (there is a MASS marriage record for this Isaac M. Ruggles.
