Do I understand, that there is someone who can check Estate files? If so , could someone check William Fulper born 1813 Pa. do not have a death date, am sure he died after 1860. His son was the admr. Henry Emmons Fulper, his son-in-law the Gdn. the fle number is 584.....any information about William and his wife Mary would be greatly appreciated Thank you in advance Barbara
