Here's who I'm searching for: my g.uncle from Geneseo, IL- Desperately seeking an obit so I can work from there-I don't know where he's buried at & I don't have enough other info on him to obtain any other records - PLEASE, if someone could do a look-up for an obit I'll pay for any costs. JAMES BISHOP - from Eng>Cook Co,IL>Geneseo,IL -spent the majority of his life in Geneseo & was known as "Diamond Jim" -raced horses in Maywood & Arlington race tracks in IL -I believe that he died & is buried in Geneseo but don't have facts -don't have birth or death dates (could've been born in 1881 but I don't have proof) -parents names are John & Mary Ann Bishop -he had 1 son Robert buried with John & Mary Ann In Hillside, IL - Robert died in 1912. -my uncle recalls Jim having another son & a daughter but don't know names -don't know name of his wife I can be reached at [email protected] Thanks - Deb Bishop-Abney
