hi louise thanks for sharing that you knew my grandpa and great uncle!!! :) what a great surprise to hear from someone [you] that knew both grandpa and my great uncle. Ward was my grandpa. he died of complications from Alzheimer's in August of 1985 and Lyle died in April of 1991. i remember corresponding in the 70's with my great uncle lyle but i think i never got to actually meet him, he lived in Cincinnati with his family and our family is in Los Angeles.
