H. Loomis 48 b MASS, wife Cornelia 45 b NY and their children. Julius 79 MA Henry Co, Wethersfield page 179 at home $10000/$50 Jacob 43 domestic servant Mass Mary 33 Keeping house CT H (maybe Herman) Hultz 22 Mass domestic servant 1860 Julius Chapin 68 Mass $1000/50 Henry Co, Wethersfield page 661(no occupation) Persis Chapin 68 Mass Charlotte Chapin 38 CT Zeriah Chapin 35 Miller $4000/50 Mass Lucy 27 NY wife Eliz 5 Ct Loomis 2 Ill Augustus Speigel 25 Miller Germany I checked the Illinois index for 1850 for Julius Chapin or Zeriah and did not find them there. I did find O. H. Loomis who was actually O. N. Loomis in the 1850 census....he was with wife Cornelia...no children. I have done some previous research on these people....the Loomises....but don't know where the info is right now. O. H/N Loomis was apparently the son of Selah Loomis Hope the above helps...it's all I have access to. Julie
